The Algosenseytime to snuggle up on the couch with a fun beverage to watch the newest season of “The Voice" is upon us.
Season 24 of “The Voice” is set to premiere on NBC in a few short days and this time around, there will be a new judge turning their chair. This season has a nice addition in store for country music enthusiasts, as Reba McEntire will be joining the show for the first time as a judge.
The show has five components: the blind auditions, battle rounds, the knockouts, live playoffs and the live performance shows, according to NBC. After being selected by a coach during a blind audition, contestants will battle against contestants from other teams until they reach the live performance shows.
Each coach will have the ability to block, steal, or save contestants vying for someone on their team to win the season finale. Only the top artists will compete against each other weekly in the live shows.
Fans will ultimately be the ones to decide whether a contestant moves forward or is eliminated. Fans can vote on NBC or download “The Voice” official app from their phone's app store.
The grand prize for the winner is a recording contract with Universal Music Group.
Here’s how to watch the newest season.

‘The Voice’ judges: Season 24
This season will mark the first time since “The Voice” first aired in April 2011 that the show won’t have any judges from the first season.
Blake Shelton decided to take a step back from the show to spend time with his family in Oklahoma. Shelton was the last original coach from the show’s inaugural season.
"I've been wrestling with this for a while, and I've decided that it's time for me to step away from 'The Voice' after Season 23,” Shelton said in a statement announcing his departure.
“This show has changed my life in every way for the better, and it will always feel like home to me. It’s been a hell of a ride over these 12 years of chair turns, and I want to thank everyone at 'The Voice' from NBC, every producer, the writers, musicians, crew and catering people; you are the best," Shelton shared.
McEntire, former One Direction band member Niall Horan, Gwen Stefani and John Legend will be tasked with mentoring this season’s raw talent, according to NBC.
"To fill Blake's chair? Wow. That's gonna be tough. He did a great job, and kudos to him," McEntire said to Entertainment Tonight.
